MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER 10

Overview:

Join us as we kick off Professional Development season with a discussion on Alternative Perspectives from the BABOK Guide v3 by our very own VP of Education, Barbara Harper!

Here’s a tip for anyone who hasn’t read version 3 of the BABOK yet – start with Chapter 11 Perspectives. We kicked off our latest Baltimore Chapter BABOK Study Group with the Perspectives chapter because it provides five perspectives and five focus areas that give you multiple ways to approach all the other chapters. The five perspectives are Agile, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Business Architecture, and Business Process Management. Chapter 11 applies the five focus areas to view the rest of the BABOK from each perspective. The five focus areas are Change Scope, Business Analysis Scope, Underlying Competencies, Impact on Knowledge Areas, and Methodologies, Approaches, and Techniques.

Meeting Agenda:

5:45 - 6:00 PM Sign-In and Memberships

6:00 - 6:45 PM Food, Drinks & Networking
